Job Description
The Kitchen & Laundry Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing kitchen and laundry equipment in the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient operation. The technician will ensure all equipment is working in optimal condition, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to repair requests to minimize downtime in the kitchen and laundry areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen Equipment Maintenance:
Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on kitchen appliances and equipment, such as ovens, fryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and cooking ranges.
Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize disruptions in hotel operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards related to kitchen equipment maintenance.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and safely store tools and equipment.
